Chuck Browning,
Owner, Trainer and Instructor
Chuck became involved with the entire equine industry in the late 1970's. He and his wife, Jackie, began showing American Saddlebreds in Colorado and their interest expanded to Hackney Ponies.
The couple established a farm in Parker, Colorado in 1983 and in 1999 moved to the Southeast Kansas City area.
Chuck has instructed and trained many amateur horse and rider teams; taking them to many wins and top ribbons throughout the Midwest, including the American Royal and the Kentucky State Fair!
Chuck excels at starting colts and trained many horses and ponies that went onto be show ring champions!
WHY US?
Our general impetus is English riding. The style of the saddle that is used is called a saddleseat cutback saddle. We emphasize quality of riding, so that whatever a rider has done in the past or chooses to pursue in the future, their skills will be beneficial as a good foundation. We also teach driving. Chuck Browning has had many champions in Pleasure Driving, Fine Harness, Hackney Pony Pleasure Driving and Roadster. He is extremely skilled at turning the novice driver into a skilled show ring performer.
